Hi Henry,

Can you provide us with the physical connectivity sketch. I have seen issues
surrounding spanning-tree + HSRP, where portfast is not enable on the
switchport connecting these devices, whereby you run into a race condition
around spanning-tree convergence vs HRSP dead time.

Anyways, give us some more information about the underlying topology.
