What you probably want to do in the lab is after reading thru the lab, setup
IDM right off the bat.
That way, once you get to the IDS part, you won't have to waste any time
waiting for IDM to load.

In my case, it didn't really hang, it just took about 10 minutes.
Eventually, it finished loading and worked OK after that.
I don't know if you're having the same problem but maybe you have to be more
patient.

I have tried that and rebooting the pc....still hangs....Also tried adding
the site to the trusted sites in IE explorer no dice....
