Hello,
Changing the topology in point-to-point links it works fine.
Now I have an issue which is not preventing the lab from working but it
looks quite strange.
if I do a show ip route on R1 I get this:
R1#sh ip route
Codes: C - connected, S - static, R - RIP, M - mobile, B - BGP
D - EIGRP, EX - EIGRP external, O - OSPF, IA - OSPF inter area
       N1 - OSPF NSSA external type 1, N2 - OSPF NSSA external type 2
       E1 - OSPF external type 1, E2 - OSPF external type 2
       i - IS-IS, su - IS-IS summary, L1 - IS-IS level-1, L2 - IS-IS level-2
       ia - IS-IS inter area, * - candidate default, U - per-user static
route
       o - ODR, P - periodic downloaded static route
Gateway of last resort is not set
     1.0.0.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets
C 1.1.1.1 is directly connected, Loopback0
     2.0.0.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets
O 2.2.2.2 [110/65] via 10.1.12.2, 00:16:44, Serial1/0.1
     3.0.0.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets
O 3.3.3.3 [110/65] via 10.1.13.2, 00:13:58, Serial1/0.2
C 192.168.200.0/24 is directly connected, FastEthernet2/0
     10.0.0.0/24 is subnetted, 4 subnets
C 10.1.13.0 is directly connected, Serial1/0.2
C 10.1.12.0 is directly connected, Serial1/0.1
O 10.192.168.0 [110/65] via 10.1.13.2, 00:13:58, Serial1/0.2
O 10.192.169.0 [110/65] via 10.1.12.2, 00:16:44, Serial1/0.1
but if on the same router I type sh ip ospf database:
R1#sh ip ospf database
OSPF Router with ID (1.1.1.1) (Process ID 10)
                Router Link States (Area 0)
Link ID ADV Router Age Seq# Checksum Link count
1.1.1.1 1.1.1.1 875 0x8000000B 0x008B9B 6
2.2.2.2 2.2.2.2 1043 0x80000005 0x001F9E 4
3.3.3.3 3.3.3.3 876 0x80000008 0x004469 4
4.4.4.4 4.4.4.4 1473 0x80000002 0x00AAE9 2
Why the other links are not there?
The router can successfully ping all the network in the routing table.
Do you think it may be a buggy IOS version?
I am using 12.4(15)T1
Thanks,
Dino
