Assuming you're asking to view the GUI from the public interface. If that's
not what you're asking, let me know.

From the CLI - under the interface configuration, set interface WebVPN
parameters (11), Enable HTTP / HTTPS management (1)

Or

From the GUI, enable on the webvpn tab for the interface.
