I would recommend ordering the book then. It will be cheaper, including
shipping. Then sending a PDF of it to a printer, time, paper, ink,
frustration, the three ring binder, having to punch the holes if you don't
have three ring punched paper already. And if you print it at work, all of
the people bitching and moaning about someone that sent a single large job
to the printer.
