I haven't seen/done that in years. With Broadband, there isn't much reason
to.
Normally it's broadband backup with a dial in to the device/term server.
IIRC you can do this but it will be a manual/interactive process...no
automatic.

Subject: Analog Dial backup AND for console
Hello,
Anyone using an analog modem connected to an AUX port for dial backup? In
case your T1 primary link fails? The hard part is: Can you use that modem
for dialin to manage your router when not using the Dial backup?
Just a Usrobotic connected to an AUX port of say a 1811.
Thanks.
