I have this working no problem. From memory I think I used a regular blue
cisco console cable into the VPN 3000 concentrator.If it wasn't this, All I
would have done was to cut the rj45 end off and recrimp the other way round
(roll over).

Sorry not to be precise, but I set it up over a year ago now. There were no
specific pin outs needed.
