Not really, if you look at the big picture, the next larger block you can summarize a /24 address to will be a /23; and /23 address blocks closer to the IP addresses you gave below are:
12.12.14.0/23 -->summarizes 12.12.14.0/24 & 12.12.15.0/24
12.12.16.0/23 -->summarizes 12.12.16.0/24 & 12.12.17.0/24
So with /23, you are out of luck because your two addresses are spread across two major class boundaries:
Before even wasting time doing the calculation, a big clue that it can't be done without including other unnecessary blocks of IP addresses is the non-contiguous nature of the two IP addresses you provided.
