Question:

Configure Custom Queueing on R1 using the following policy:

All traffic generated from L0 queue 1
From R1 L0 to R2 L0 queue 2
Telnet Q3
HTTP Q4
TFTP Q6
default Q5

Now, no problems configuring the queues and using debug everything is
working a okay

Task two states

Q1,2 and 6 receive 10% bandwidth
Q3 and 5 20%
Q4 30%

Now, I know that the default queue size is 1500 bytes and I know the
commands to change them, what I can't figure out is the maths behind it.

Appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction.
