Hi Akas,
"NH brussels airport" is the closest hotel. If you don't mind walking 5 minutes more, "Express by holiday inn" and "thon hotel brussels airport" are less costly alternatives. I stayed at these two hotel on my previous attempts last year and I am planning to stay at one of them again on my 3rd attemp next month.
You will not have a laptop. You will have LCD monitors and a keyboad. I can't remember however what keyboard it was. I have experienced some problems finding certain characters but it wasn't a major issue.
Previous posts, some people claimed things about the proctors interfering with the user configurations, which was obviously nonsense. I was unlucky enough to understand why these things are claimed about the proctors on my first attempt. What happened to me was this: On rip configuration, I didn't use to care the network statement and I used to put 0 for the last octet and the IOS would convert it to the correct network statement. For example, if I put 10.1.1.0, the router
accepts the command and converts to the correct statement. However, this wasn't the case on my equipment and it required the exact correct 10.0.0.0 statement. Although the router didn't give an error message and seems accepted the command, it didn't put it to the configuration. I didn't spend time to check this basic configuration, and moved on to the next tasks, but it costed more time and confusion for me to find out why my rip configuration is being deleted!
Kind Regards
