HI Amin,

Yes, there is a difference between the 2.

1. The prefix has to match 128.6. and the subnet mask has to be in the range
24 - 32

2. The prefix has to match 128.6. and the subnet mask could be anything!
Which means a /16 could pass through, so wld a /17, etc, which wouldnt pass
through the first condition.

I think thats the way it works, right?
