Does it forward messages when all switches are in NULL domain? Does it consider a domain match?

I dont think that this is true. V2 doesnt forward VTP when in transparent mode, unless the domain matches. There is some confusion about this in the Doc cd, but configuring this on switches seems to show this to be the case.
