The "debug ip routing" command will show what routes you are installing into
the routing table, but will not give much insight as to what you are
advertising out.

"debug ip eigrp" will display what you are sending out and which interface
it is exiting:
 *Mar 12 12:48:35.357: %DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP(0) 10: Neighbor
10.1.12.2(Serial0/0.12) is up: new adjacency
*Mar 12 12:48:35.377: IP-EIGRP(Default-IP-Routing-Table:10): 10.1.12.0/24 -
do advertise out Serial0/0.12
*Mar 12 12:48:35.377: IP-EIGRP(Default-IP-Routing-Table:10): 10.1.13.0/24 -
do advertise out Serial0/0.12
*Mar 12 12:48:35.377: IP-EIGRP(Default-IP-Routing-Table:10): 1.1.1.0/24 - do
advertise out Serial0/0.12

You might also want to check out the undocumented "show ip eigrp events"
command (google undocumented ios commands for a list).
