First of all,you must understand this: the mincir of customer = the cir of ISP.
So, let's go ahead. "During congestion your provider will mark any traffic in excess of 64kbps as discard eligible".Of cause, you know the cir is 64K. But wait a minute, this cir is the cir of the ISP.
At the same time,it's the mincir of the customer.
so in the customer perspective,
?mincir = 64000
throughput means cir = 256000
and bc = 0.125 * cir = 32000
And not mentioned be,so we don't care it.
This is my conclusion.
map-class frame-relay SHAPE
? frame-relay cir 256000
? frame-relay mincir 64000
? frame-relay be 32000
? frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn
int s1/0
? frame-relay traffic-shaping
? frame-relay class SHAPE
Please correct me if i am wrong .
regards.
Dailong

During congestion your provider will mark
any traffic in excess of 64kbps as discard eligible.
This makes cir 64k, the point in which you have gone over your committed
rate thus DE. Sadiq and Rich are right on this. AR = 256k which was given so
you could calculate be.
