IGP Redistribution

Hi All,Could someone please please please help me out understanding task 4.11
of Lab 2 in IE workbook Volume II.Please refer to the configs below.I need to
know as to how do we know about which routes are not the part of OSPF domain,
as it is not metioned anywhere, I mean the accesslist External_via_Ospf has
got some routes in it but how do I know those addresses?Also in R3 config how
what is the purpose of Vlan 6 statement.Can please someone explain this step
by step..Thanks heaps in advance.
