Think about what traffic you will be sending to your v6 address & if you
need broadcast/multicast support. if you are doing ospf adj then you will be
using your link-local address and not your global address so it's ok just to
have broadcast support on your link-local mapping. However if for any reason
you need to send broadcasts to your global address it won't work.
