Hi Amir,
AS-prepending in bgp is usually applied to the neighbor statement
outbound. i.e it affects all incoming traffic into the AS from another AS
(Ebgp) because Ibgp does not send AS-path along. i Guess you could do it
outbound to other EBgp peers to influence how they send traffic into your
ASCheers
