Guys,
The short answer to this is that, Luan should use Router-ID as opposed to interface IP seen within Sh ip route.
To fortify what Ahmed said, OSPF uses RouterID to identify who sent the route, but RIB uses interfaceIP the route was received on.

It's a matter of "WHO" advertised the route to this router. try doing "show
ip ospf database" and find the "advertising" router of the route that you
want then you should put it in the source field of the distance command.
