As I wrote, UDLD in aggressive mode is not only for fibre, it also works for
copper wires (twisted pair). The sentence was a cut&paste from the DocCDs UDLD
configuration guide. :-)
You can discuss about the sense of UDLD for copper but it works and therefore
might be a task in the lab.

Can someone please clarify, if UDLD aggressive mode is use for fiber
links. Since there are no fiber connection in the lab, does that mean there
should be no need for the aggressive mode option? Is this correct?

Yes it can be used also for Twisted-Pair wires, as you said in aggressive
mode:
In aggressive mode, UDLD can also detect unidirectional links due to one-way
traffic on fiber-optic and twisted-pair links and to misconnected ports on
fiber-optic links.
