I think this is related to Microsoft TS.
Try the following link:
http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/765338bc-d2e9-47cc-8d0
d-80e1f9184ce71033.mspx?mfr=true
<http://ts.veranoest.net/ts_faq_administration.htm#reset_sessions>
This allow you to reset the clients after a specific time. The following is
the explanation:
"
In *Active session limit*, select the maximum amount of time that a user's
session can remain active on the server. When the time limit is reached,
either the user is disconnected from the session or the session ends. When a
session ends, it is permanently deleted from the server. Select *Never* to
allow the session to continue indefinitely.
"
HTH.
By the way, if the issue is related to MS then, this is not the correct
forum to ask.
Regards,
Ananth
