RE: Group

I also learnt that there is a CCIE group already on linkedin. However, I
don't see any harm in having another group which will not necessarily be
about sharing technical information. I want CCIE professionals to get
recognized & get respected out of IT industry & my effort is a baby step
towards it. Please let me know if anyone is interested in joining the
group.

Best Regards,

Hitesh Savjani

There is already a well established CCIE group on linked in. There is
also the CITE group which does not require a CCIE however you do have to
have some good strong networking behind you. Both groups (the CCIE one I
know from my friend) are not very chatty like GS but more
issues/solutions/technology. I like the CITE that I'm in we have maybe a
thread or two a week not too much mail and it's nice. I had an issue
that I could not find a quick doc for I banged my head for about 4 hours
I had no support on the device and it wasn't LAB related so I posted
there. I got a response and a resolution. While my issues was very easy
there have been many others.

I think you should look and see whats there on linked in. IT IS NOT a
replacement for group study in anyway. Those groups are not about
passing the lab they are about bouncing ideas off a very focused and
skilled group.

GS is awesome for me, I've met a lot of people and I look forward to
joining the CCIE only group on linkedin.

Anyway those are my dimes

off to do Vol2 of master NK
