Hi,

The answer from my point of view is, it all depends. If you are asking to
complete a question even if you are not so sure if that is the solution
rather than leaving its blank I would prefer to do a possible solution, as
long as that solution don't break my IGP connectivity or previous tasks.
Imagine you don't know how to enable CBAC or a Dynamic ACL if you configure
it and break previous task
then I would prefer to leave it blank.
Now regarding over configuring things is also not so good in question you
know your answer, because sometimes you could get a strange behavior putting
a lot of commands together.
