I think you are looking for the following:
snmp-server enable traps tty

R1(config)#snmp-server enable traps ?
  <snip>
  syslog Enable SNMP syslog traps
  tty Enable TCP connection traps

Hi all,

Does anyone know of an IOS feature that would trap TCP connections? I don't
know of an actual trap to enable this specifically so I was wondering if
there was another command that would do this? Any ideas?
