If you really don't want to hardcode your router IDs then I would
suggest that you get in the habit of configuring all required
loopbacks at the start of the lab. By this I mean when you are reading
through the lab's tasks make a note when you are asked to configure an
additional loopback (as part of the BGP task for instance). If you
configure all the loopbacks at the start of the lab before you
configure any routing protocols you can be sure you will not get any
nasty router-id changes.
