No problem, just treat Gatekeeper as a default route. Similar
concept of IP routing world. If I do not know how to reach this Dial numbers,
send the request to gatekeeper, Gatekeeper will tell me how to reach the remote
endpoints.
But Gatekeeper can also perform Call Admission Control in a
distributed environment.
CCM perform a similar CAC (Location CAC) only in centralized (hub-n-spoke)
environment.
