Yes, is the desired behavior. That's the way to maintain the mapping 3->2 required because you don't have neither dynamic or static resolution from layer three to two. IE Lab 4 SG explain it deeply. Don't filter this routes otherwise will not work ;)

Hi GS

Im getting /32 routes from my FR cloud interfaces when i configure ospf
network type point-to-multipoint on the FR cloud.

Is this normal or is there a way to tune it so i can get the correct subnet
advertised ?
