By the way, Todd Douglas I think you are mixing things up (spanning-tree
bpdufilter is not a bpduguard) which means that if you enable bpdufilter on
both endings of a trunk port (parallel links) then you will stop sending
BPDUs into those ports and bridge loops may occur.
The port is only put into err-disable if you enable bpduguard on that
switch, not with bpdufilter.
