Alex: Me too I took my recert with Vue as opposed to prometric before.
I spent 1 hour last night with the help desk and they could not figure
out. So a case is now opened and they will look into it on Monday.

Hey.
You'd better open a case, it may well be so that you used a different
candidate ID (as I did last time) and it didn't merge up.
I took my recert with VUE while having all previous tracks from
Prometric, took me a month to get it merged.
