What is totally wrong with expecting common decent behavior? This list
exists for the good of the group. Posts that do not help the group has no
purpose here. People need to not lose sight of that.
I guess I wasn't irritated at all at the first post. It was the subsequent
response that was the last straw. And you'll notice that people continue to
post responses in Spanish without consideration to other people. This
behavior in any other list or country is not acceptable.
Go post in English in a German Forum and see if the Germans will put up with
you.
