there might be several reasons for this (the error reason in the message
is 412, is it?)
- your firewall on Vista (or any 3rd-party FW for that matter) blocks
the traffic.
- you are behind NAT and have to enable a transparent tunneling on a
client (assuming you have it enabled on your IOS box since 4.x clients
work fine you say)
- it can also be a wrong group name but I'd rule that out :-)
Anyway is is also good to look into debug messages you have on both
client and IOS box, there you see exactly what is wrong.
