Hi Muhammad,

First of all if you don't want to establish any ospf adjacency with any
router on the outside the permit ospf any any line in your acl is useless
because for OSPF adjacency ending in the ASA outside interface there is no
need for this line.
Second you're hard-coding the router-id on the ASA to be 1.1.1.1, try to get
rid of this line for a second and lastly do a debug ospf adj on the R1 and
let me know what you saw.
