Always turn it off. Especially in the lab, unless implicitly suggested in
the question. Maybe others can inject more, but I can't think of an
instance where I didn't type no auto-summary, in all my IGPs and with BGP.
There were a couple of labs from vendors that have you leaving summarization
on, but it is almost always suggested in the question.
