Take a look at www.cisco.com under IPTV Solutions for Wireline Carriers.
Also, I forget exactly where, but in CCO, Cisco has a document that guides
through the network deployment on an IPTV solution (including switch/router
diagrams and configuration commands).
Good luck with it. For me, it was a fun proyect and I learned quite a bit.
The networking part was pretty straight forward, but getting the middleware,
the encoders and the set top boxes to work together on top of the network was
a completely different story.
