1. switch will always be root for instance 1, as its priority can't be beat;
only a switch with a lower mac address will beat it to become the root of
mst instance 1
2. Switch will listen to current root (macro activity here) and lower itself
to be 4096 lower than current root. Beware - Switch last started with this
command will become root bridge.
