Subject: administrativley scoped multicast addresses
Are they 224.0.0.0-239.255.255.255? I have a task that asks me to block all
administrativley scoped multicast addresses. The solution uses the following
access-list for multicast boundry
deny 239.0.0.0 0.255.255.255
permit 224.0.0.0 15.255.255.255
So now I'm a little confused which is it?
