If you mean LLQ's priority command, then I would say that yes that I may
be an option.... but you may want to clarify with the proctor as it has a
built-in policer.

Is using the priority command a form of rate limiting or policing an
interface? Would using the priority be an option if one is restricted
from using rate limit or policing on an interface. I vaguely remember
this being discussed on groupstudy and would like to clarify.
