You can also use this command on a FastEthernet, but you do not specify the
amount of bandwidth you specify a percentage. See below:
R1(config)#int fa0/0
R1(config-if)#max-reserved-bandwidth ?
<1-100> Max. reservable bandwidth as % of interface bandwidth
