Check the RX pair of the E1. The service provider may not have any CRC error
in their RX pair.

Normally in this situation, you shud check the physical layer .e.g. the
copper wire(s).
Is it a new installation?

To make sure that your router's E1 port is working, just make a RJ45
loopback connector and do show controller and look for the errors.
