Hi Marc,

This acl gt 1023 is quite used to permit anything above the well known ports
(0-1023) and it's only greater than, not greater than and equal to.
This acl would match anything sourcing from the tcp ports starting from
1024-65535 going towards host 1.1.1.1 port 4949.
