Well I guess you could go to the effort to do that but there are
"convenience" options built into BGP that eliminate the need to do so. As
the outspoken Mr. Joe Brunner touched on, confederations would help you out
in this situation.

I probably wasn't clear I have 3 routers with full mesh in AS 100 one of the
routers is connected to a router in AS 200. The Router in AS is connected
to a switch thats in the "discontiguious" AS 100, which is also full mesh
between 2 switches. Do I need full mesh between the 2 "discontiguious" AS
100's?
Off topic why did I have to reload to get no-export community to work, is
that normal?
