Yes you are correct, for R4 it is asking you to enable RIP on the connection
to BB3 and that's it. No other interfaces should have RIP enabled on them:
Enable RIP on VLAN 43 between R4 and BB3.
But if you look at R3, enabling RIP on vlan 36 using the command "network
141.X.0.0" will enable RIP on R3's e0/0 and s1/0.1 which is not desired,
that's why they added the sentence: "do not send RIP updates out any other
interfaces".
