You really have to generate a lot of complaints from list members or
blatantly spam your products. And it usually takes more then a few postings
... everyone has a bad day now and again.

I try to make one on one contact with the person and talk about the issues.
In most cases, it is a simple misunderstanding and they are allowed back on
the list. And I try to do things privately and keep the conversations
confidential. So you will rarely see a big announcement.

This is the stuff I really hate about running the list. What I have learned
about mailing lists over the past 10 years is you really need to police
them, or they will get out of hand. Have you seen Usenet recently?

But yea, I hate getting involved. I have better things to do with my time.
