yes you can but its has to be on the same subnet, you cant have two differents
interfaces as OUTSIDE on ASA and do equal load cost balancing. It needs to be
on same subnet so you would end up using one outside interface only. Are you
talking about site to site or client based vpn or it for incoming or
outgoing.
