Thank you for your assistance, unfortunately, I am still a no go.

Still getting the error. Here is the new configuration with your
recommended changes. What you stated makes sense. I am now at 100% with
queue configuration (I definitely needed to change that...seems I missed
it). I wonder if the problem is with the wrr-queue bandwidth....??? I
removed the bandwidth configuration, and no error.

Anyhow, here is the configuration with changes with error (with wrr-queue
bandwidth command still in the configuration).:
