Hi Asif,
I think you are having issue in the neighbor switch configuration, can you post your configs for both of the switches connecting each other along with the sh etherchannel summary output.

( switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q / switchport mode trunk )
Interface port-channel 25 ( its up )
Sh EtherChannel shows output as ( SD )
