Sadiq,
that is exactly my point. GS members are from different places around
the Globe. Making them pay means for some part to leave the GS. Vendors
on the other hand are less than dozen, this amount of participants is
easier to negotiate with in the beginning and to maintain afterwards.

But that is for Paul to decide. I will respect and support whatever way
he may choose to go.
