Thanks Avner.

I have 5 2650XM routers. I also have two 3560-24PS switches. I was wondering
if I can do at least 75 of the workbook's content with my hardware
configuration.

How many of those 2650XMs do you have?

You usually need 4 to set up a voice lab topology.

Also a switch is required, prefer a PoE 3550.

Let us know.

Hi.

I just passed the security lab and I am planning to re-use the 2650XMs that I
have for voice lab. Aside from the voice servers, ATA, VG248 and 6500, can I
do the voice workbooks using 2650XMs with the part numbers below ?

2 x NM-HDV2-1T1/E1 = One-port T1/E1 IP Communications High-Density Digital
voice or Fax Network Module, with one onboard T1/E1 controller and one
VIC/VWIC slot

1 x VIC2-2FXS - 2-port FXS voice/fax interface card

1 x VIC2-2FXO - 2-port FXO voice/fax interface card [universal card for all
countries]. Also supports analog Centralized Automated Message Accounting
(CAMA) on any port.

2 x PVDM2-8 - 8-channel packet fax/voice DSP module, contains one Texas
Instruments (TI) C5510 DSP

5 x 7960 IP phones

Thanks.

Sounds like a great start to me!

You might want to consider some analog interfaces, such as fxs/fxo and an
ATA,
those are in the blue print and should not cost too much.

Good luck!
