Is it going to process directed broadcast packets, I am not referring to
255.255.255.255. If yes than you need this command on that particular
interface. Dont need to put under E0/0 as it will simply relay DHCP packets
out to 187.1.56.255.
Also in your scenario is 187.1.56.255 on E0/1, if yes than you are ok.
Originating interface only if it receives directed broadcast doesnt matter if
it relays as in your scenario.
