OT:- Need help in Rack time

I have been working with dynamips all this time and rented few catalyst
3550's also. I never used online rack time, yesterday i paid for 4-hours
session on ccie2be.com and after getting a pay pal receipt I sent them a
mail but I haven't heard anything.

I also tried today with ccierack.com but again i haven't heard anything from
them also, Can anybody here help me with the process of scheduling time with
ccie2be or ccierack?

Any help will be appreciated.
