If you mix static and DHCP clients on an Access switch, you have two options:
- you need to define (and MAINTAIN) and ARP ACL for the static clients. Seems to me a real pain in the b**t.
- or you need to put static clients on dedicated ports and disable arp inspection on those ports (ip arp insp trust)
